After few weeks of badminton sessions, Crystal had showed interest in learning and playing badminton. The adult badminton racket is too long for her to handle. After much thoughts, her daddy decided to buy a new children racket for her. The handle of the children racket is much shorter thus easier for her to hit and serve.The main reason in considering buying her a children racket is to avoid her from twisting her arm which will do more harm. Pearl is also trying to learn how to play badminton so this racket can then pass to Pearl when Crystal is big enough to handle the adult racket in time to come.
We went to several shops, we could only find one type of children racket at one of the sports shop near Lido, it is not cheap, priced at RM55.00, we got it at RM48.00 after discount. We hope that she is serious in learning how to play badminton, the Daddy is very hopeful that she can represent the country for tournaments in the future, very high expectation though!!! ;D

Badminton is a good sport. Am sure Crystal will have lots of fun with her new racket. Who knows? She may just be the next Misbun Sidek!
